I’m somewhat embarrassed for not having done more to promote
JP Chrissie and the Fairground Boys.
I guess I sort of wasn’t feeling them when they first came about and I missed their show at the Woodstock Animal Sanctuary, and plus all the writing and such so well.. simply said
JP, Chrissie and The Fairground Boys Are very very good.
JP may be her boy toy and a bit screechy vocally but paired up with the raspy sound of my dear Chrissie it sorta works.
Shown in the below video, Ms H. is still the Goddess of all Creation and JP
needs a damn shave.
I saw a rather nice interview with the two of them on another site.. google it, but basically, he worships the ground she walks on and shes pretty much like ‘meh, he’s cool’
