After sincerely hating the title tracks off Belle And Sebastian’s Write About Love, I wrote off the album.
But then, just about randomly, I picked up “I Didn’t See It Coming” and despite a relentless stupid lead in I dug it a lot. Chick singer, and one of those fragile/sturdy folk pop sings they do so well.
But then I bought another song and it sucked again.
