Benefit For A Great Charity: Paul Newman’s “The Hole In The Wall Camp” -by Helen Bach

The Hole In The Wall camps were the brainchild of the late Paul Newman,
The camps provider terminally ill children an opportunity  to spend a week at camp at no charge to their families.
While at these camps, the children take part in typical summer camp activities tailored to their abilities in a non jugemental and medically staffed environment.  This is a wonderful and uplifting charity primarily funded through the sale of “Newmans Own” (alot of that stuff is vegan btw) food products.
In carrying on the legacy the introduction of a fund raising concert is planned.
Performers such as Stevie Wonder, Emmylou Harris, Lyle Lovett and John Mellencamp are slated to perform at New York’s Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center, October 21.
In addition, Hilary Hahn and Keb’ Mo’ are scheduled to perform. Bill Cosby and Renee Zellweger are also expected to appear.  Show-only tickets begin at $50 and are available through Center Charge at 212-721-6500 and benefit tickets, including the after-party, are available at 212-627-0678.
