Amy Winehouse went on twitter to blast Mark ronson after Ronson went on Late Night… With Jools Holland to explain how he turned Amy’s demos into the tracks on her album: Back to Black.
Amy twittered: “Ronson you’re dead to me; one album I write and you take half the credit – make a career out of it? Don’t think so BRUV.”
Here’s the point: in the world where producer is King, perhaps it is worth remembering that, all claims to the contrary, Morodor wasn’t Donna Summer, her legions of producers and writers aren’t Britney and Ronson certainly DID NOT MAKE Amy. It is all kinda nasty, it is like a baseball player discussing what happens inside the locker room.
Whatever Ronson did to produce the album, Amy fucking wrote it so Ronson should shut his face.
