1. The Rainbow – The Apples In Stereo – I saw em open for Television years ago and I might add they were awesome. This Beatley (check out the band name) remains a real pleasure. Gives power pop a good name – A

2. Police And Thieves – Junior Murvin – he had such a great voice, just excellent here – A+

3. David Bowie – Phish – Twelve minutes of remarkably complex work with nothing to do with Bowie except his name being shouted out here and there – B+

4. Nights Like This – Wyatt Funkderburk – The best of his very well crafted pop tones – B+

5. Backwards Down The Line – Phish –  God, I hope they played this! – A

6. Dismantling Summer – The Wonder Years – Excellent song off their label – A

7. Cavern – Phish – Nice rhythm on this one…  – B+

8. In France They Kiss On Main Street – Joni Mitchell – Off the nothing if not difficult Hissing Of Summer Lawns, a masterpiece at the top – A+

9. All I Want – Joni Mitchell – Best line: Applause, applause love is my cause…  – A+

10. Black Water Blues – Jahn Xavier And the Bowerytones – Not just blue, bright blue – A
