As horrific as it is, I’m happy to say Justin Pivic has been formally charged with attempted murder.
Pivic is the animal who savagely beat Madina Lake bassist Mathew Leone. Pivic really wanted to assault his loving wife, but since Leone is actually a human being with respect and dignity, he stepped in to protect the woman in the altercation.
He was rewarded with near death experiences, brain surgery and a road to recovery that will take the rest of his life.
