Who says Myspace is dead? It’s still chock full of talent, which is how I found the musician Hello Atmosphere. I immediately friended him, clicked on his page, and was impressed.
“Float Away” is a beautiful song that is very, very impressive. The whole feel of it is just enough to lose yourself. Definitely unique, and usually when I hear a song like this I get bored and change it, but something about it has me listening to it repeatedly.
His cover of “Hold On” is gorgeous. Jesse’s voice is perfection, and it fits the song well. I think I may even like this version better than The Starting Line’s, maybe even more than Jon DeLise’s.
“Girl Your My Luxury”, is outstanding, despite the lack of ” ‘e” in the word “Your”. Regardless, it’s phenomenal and not your stereotypical Myspace-band-acoustic-song. Basically blew me away, and it’s genius.
