1. Farshtaist – Scott Severin And The Milton Burlesque – Always good though a little hidden four tracks into Birdhouse Obligato, there is an early version on youtube where his singing is just about perfect, maybe with less of a mix it just sounds better – A
2. Had To Cry Today – Eric Clapton And Steve Winwood – Yup, I was at MSG when they recorded this and it sounds just as good now as it did then – A-
3. Undercover (Of The Night) – The Rolling Stones – I wasn’t crazy about the album as a whole but this song sounds very good still; thank the rhythm section – B+
4. Going To California – Led Zeppelin – My feeling is Zep didn’t sue Pearl Jam because they were worried whether a 1000 blind black cats from Chicago were gonna unionize and sue the flat bottomed bell bottomed honkies – B+
5. Please – U2 – Not only were they great on the big lemon tour, until I heard that this was an ode to Irish terrorists, it was maybe my fave song by them, “Love is biger than us, but love is not what wi’m thinking of” is a magic line – A
6. Superlove – Charli XCX – More techno pop from a real smart girl, promises a maybe maybe longer career – B+
7. Some Guys have All The Luck – Rod Stewart – Classic rocker and those “ooo ooos are money in the bank – A
8. Kashmir – Led Zeppelin – Another song that has improved wit time, it sounds less dazed and confused and more pained and pounding – B+
9. The Devil In My Blood stream – The Wonder Years – Their finest moment – A-
10. The Woods – Juicy J – Trippy in the extreme and Justin throws in a killer chorus for good luck – B+
