Hard Line MIA Cancelled by ALyson Camus

Remember last week when I was talking about Hard LA M.I.A., and how the sales were kind of slow? Well, it has been cancelled!

No real reason was given, according to different websites, it’s ‘due to events beyond our control’ and ‘not due to the lack of support or the full approval from the personnel at the City of Los Angeles and California State Parks’

But the Los Angeles Times is saying the show has been canceled ‘in light of the new scrutiny and logistics demanded of large-scale electronic music concerts in Los Angeles’.
Their selling  half the tickets they expected is sure an event beyond their control.
They are saying that they will instead produce one massive event on August 7th at the same location, the Los Angeles State Historic Park. But this event (Hard summer music festival) was already scheduled anyway so I’m sure people who had tickets to go to Hard LA will be very happy to see their tickets validated to see Soulwax, Crystal Castles, Major Lazer, Erol Alkan, Diplo, Digitalism,… because what’s the difference with the other one anyway?
