So where was I?
In my mind the story is complete.
A man in his late twenties is just released from jail and he is walking across 2nd avenue on july 3rd when he sees a woman throw a baby into the way of car.
Baby dies.
Woman, say 21 years old, breaks down.
Police, blah blah
Guy doesn’t say he thinks its murder.
Girl, the family nanny, invites him to see her play at Santos -a club, she sings for a Prince cover band. When he walks in they are playing “I Get Delerious”. They spend the night together.
The next day he gets a call fom the husband inviting him to the husbands home.
Husbands pays him 500K to shut up.
Meets with cops, case is closed.
Calls girl and she doesn’t call back.
The End.
But there is another story in the background. A 15 year old boy is writing the story in his mind while he is listening to his Mom have sex with another guy and playing Prince very loud to mask the sound.
His dad, who has ben on tour, arrives, and she gets rid of the guy before his dad finds out.
I imagined the story in memory of my own Mom who died recentlt.
