Sailing in the Clouds is one of those artists that you either love to death or hate them. I personally love Sailing in the Clouds’ music to death. After friending Sailing in the Clouds himself, Daniel Sharabba, on Facebook I decided to listen to his music and became hooked.
“Alive” is a great song to lose yourself in, and was the first one I clicked on when I first got to his Myspace page. The first few seconds had me hooked, and the rest of the song prevented me from hitting the ‘skip’ button.
“Never Letting Go” seems like the perfect song to be the soundtrack to my life. I can just imagine a perfect world, painted by this very talented musician. The beat is fantastic, strong and constant.
“Best I Ever Had (COVER)” is easily one of my all time favourite covers of a rap song. Daniel makes it his own and makes it more tolerable than the original version, which is some times difficult for an different type of artist to do.
Sailing in the Clouds is one of those bands that you just can’t hit ‘skip’ for.
