Born today June 13 in NYC not on a commune as some think He was raised on an ashram run by the late yoga master Sri Swami Satchidananda in Pomfret, Connecticut.
There was a great interview in a big magazine about Rivz a few months ago. It pretty much covered how bouts of self doubt and mental demons can really mess with a dudes sense of being. I blame that whole freaky ashram thing, but Pomfret is a pretty swank town.
