Scratch a glossy, big selling, cool, youthful business and what you get is the sort of thieving, carpetbagging monopolists I’ve been warning you about for a year.
1) Twenty-Six year old Facebook co-owner Mark Zuckerberg, after realizing calling all this users dumb, realized, hey, maybe that isn’t such great PR and made privacy settings somple enough that folks who didn’t spend their High School years locked in the computer room at High School. As if that was the problem when everybody knows THE REAL PROBLEM is Facebook SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFO so advertisers can sell you shit you don’t want.
2) Google, not happy with knowing every fucking thing you google, went after your personal info on wi fi that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM AT ALL and only “discovered the problem” (read got caught) that when they were mapping the world for Google Maps (ugh -these guys are fucking terrifying) in little vans crisscrossing every street in the world realized un-password protected data from wi-fis were picking up private emails, etc. Now, the goverments in Germany, Spain and Italy want the data handed over (how does that make you feel, eh?, eh??) andhalf the States in the Union are sueing Google.
3) Finally, Apple. This is hysterical, that asshole Steve Jobs finally overplayed by insisting the producers of Apps adhere to only the manufacturers Apple want to use. Plainly, they are trying to do what Microsoft are got nabbed doing. Bundling so you can’t run anything but Apple goods on Apple. But Jobs took on EVERYBODY (Java, Flash) and so everybody bandied up, refused to change their apps and ratted em to the Justice Department. The Justice Department’s definition of Justice is about as loose as you cn get but if everybody else is after Apple you can bet they’ve woken up. Apple is in deep trouble and pretty soon, a coupla years, the Justice Department is gonna break the back of Itunes and Ipad. Finally, that smug asshole is gonna get it and Itunes will stop destroying your music.
