Sick all of last week and finally turning the corner I am forced to reflect on missing (long breath) Band Of Horses, Holy Ghost!, LCD Soundsystem, Pearl Jam and PiL and am gagging for a live musical experience.
I figure Saturday should be the day of choice because a long week end coming up and I should be fine by then.
But what?
60 choices available on Ticketmaster for the day but when you blow off broadway musicals suddenly its’s only 51. Take away Long Island and New Jersey clubs, jazz clubs, downtown shows and you are down to 8.
Than get rid of bands I’ve never heard of and cover bands and you are left with 2.
