“I Can Change” by LCD Soundsystem is one of those songs that’s good, but you can’t really truly get into it. Each time I listen to it, I pick up something new.
The beat is easy to dance to and the lyrics are solid, but there’s just something there that makes me not completely love this song. It could be the repetativeness or the occassional lack of originality, but whatever it is, it’s one thing that doesn’t go away no matter how many times I listen to it.
There’s nothing new, nothing interesting, and not a single thing that keeps me from not hitting the ‘next’ button.
