 1. Who Says You Can’t Go Home – Bon Jovi – A big song for Jon because it proved he could still write a hook that hooked – B+

2. Birthday – Selena Gomez – Catchy drum patterns with a wild mollie dream of a synth track kinda swirls in electronic heat – B

3. You Give Love A Bad Name – Bon Jovi – They might not have a million hits, but when they can roll out this one near the top of a track they chug like no hair metalers can – B+

4. All Night – Icona Pop – Quite as good as “Girlfriend” if not as great as “I Love It”, the album should be a smash – A-

5. Wanted Dead Or Wanted – Bon Jovi – Western motif they sold all the way to the bank – B+

6. Livin’ On A Prayer – Bon Jovi – The one time in that string of Slippery hits where they got the metaphor strong enough to pull it past the pop pastiche level – A

7. Volver A Comenzer – Marc Anthony – The entire album is a return to form for Marc Anthony after years in the wilderness – B+

8. Everything Has Changed (Remix) with Ed Sheeran – Taylor Swift – This is all about the drums, # 1 on ITunes by the way – A

9. Defriended – Beck – Has this guy lost the gift? This song is nicely arranged, the drums are great, they are echoe-y and lkarge but nothing like EDM. But the song is a song – C+

10. Better Days – Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeroes – Man, these guys bring me down – C
