I dunno, I didn’t much like the idea of Will Smith and I don’t like the idea of terrence Howard (and I don’t like the idea of Crowe either but…)
If Denzel Washington was younger he is the only current actor I can think of who could pull it off. He is the only actor with the necessary gravitas to pull it off. Eddie Murphy? Intriguing but still too old.
To go completely outside the realm of possibibilty… Henry Fonda. he could do the emotional charged depth but he couldn’t do the sexiness.
Actually, maybe, just maybe, Common…
I guess we will see if Terrence can handle it…
