Hey Iman, I downloaded a few new tunes.
I agree with you that Ace Frehley’s “Fox on The Run” is great. Never knew when it was a cover. You see, we do tend to learn something from time to time by reading your blog. Got another song from Ace, an instrumental titled Fractured Quantum. This is a great look at how awesome a guitar player Ace is. 6 minutes of this instrumental and it is not boring.
New Bon Jovi “We Weren’t Born to Follow” sounds like Bon Jovi – haha. Sounds like they are getting back to the rock, and getting away from the county music they played on the last album Lost Highway.
Finally, I am a huge Bob Seger fan. Love all his stuff. I always look for covers of his songs to see if any of these bands do his songs justice. Metallica kicked ass with “Turn the Page”. Now Uncle Kracker covers “Main Street” on his new record. Big Kracker fan, and he delivers with this cover. Do you know anyone else who did some Seger covers?
