I just weakened and picked up the new Gucci Mane mix The Burrrrprint 2: HD only to realize every single best song in the world on it featured Memphis producer Drumma Boy.
Drumma Boy’s first album, 2009 Welcome To My City, kinda passed me by, but his production on Mane’s jail time vocals is unreal and the songs with his name in the title, “Gucci Rising”, “911 Emergency” are the best moments on the mix tape.
This one should do it for Drumma Boy (who, incidently but interestingly, mother is an opera singer and father a clarinitist and music professor), here comes Diddy and Jay Z (and can ass kissing Drake be far behind?)
