Today we commemorate the death of one of rocks hottest bass-boys. I have a theory that its really hard to find an unattractive bass player- but Pete sure wasn’t one.
Pete Farndon passed away today (April 14) 1983. I remember it clearly as a huge Pretenders fan and still to this day say a silent prayer for his soul each year
when he was found dead on 14 April 1983 after passing out and drowning in his bathtub after a heroin overdose. RIP hottie.
