When attempting to prove there is a God you need only one documented piece of evidence of an encounter with God. That is proof.
When attempting to answer the question as to whether Jennifer Chiba is a liar the same rule applies. We only need one documented case of her lieing and it is proven that she is a liar and all her testimony is suspect.
We have it.
In her case against Elliot Smith estate there is a sworn deposition in which she states she was the : “manager and agent for the purposes of arranging [his] booking and scheduling [his] appearances for musical performances”
However, if she had attempted to book his appearances she would have been told she needed a talent agency license. Also, Smith would’ve HAD TO TELL HER. She couldn’t book his tour without it.
But Chiba admitted she was unaware she needed a a talent agency over the eighteen months of their oral contract.
This is not an intellectual leap, this is not an assumption. She never booked nor had anything to do with booking a tour for Smith and she lied about it in court for money from her dead boyfriend.
Let me explain again:
1. Smith was a very popular musician, he would have told Chiba she needed a talent agency license.
2. Smith was a very popular musician, any tour would have been at 2,000 to 5,000. She would have needed a talent agency license to even discuss a concert with a major venue.
3. Chiba must have never discussed it with any one because nobody told her she needed a license.
4. Chiba is on record as not knowing she needed a license.
6. As part of her case against Elliott’s estate she claime “services rendered” as an agent and therefore claimed she performed duties as an agent which she couldn’t have done without a licence WHICH SHE DIDN’T HAVE.
7. Therefore, Chiba was not and never had been Smith’s agent and she lied about it under oath.
If Chiba considers that libel, let her sue me. I would love to defend my conclusion in court.
Til a court of law sees something wrong with my conclusion I state definitely that Chiba lied on her sworn affidavit to a court of law that she was Smith’s agent.
I call Chiba out as a liar and I call on the LAPD to work on the Smith Death case anew based upon that information.
