1. Daylight – Maroon 5 – Sure, I'm psyched to be seeing em tonight. Wouldn't you be? And this is their third off the latest album, and to my mind just about in the midle between the others. 3.Retrograde – James Blake – I prefer this to anything on the first album, this is the goods when it comes to singer-songwriter soundscapes – Grade: A

4.Wanted – Hunter Hayes – I can't take these fucking boy toys in tank tops and pick-up trucks any more – Grade: C-

5. Girl Don't Tell Me – The Beach Boys – Brian wrote this on the beach one day IN HIS MIND, and played it when he got home. Sick, just sick – Grade: A+

6. Born to Roll – Kelly And Bruce – Rocks harder live but not bad – Grade: B+

7. The Boat That I Row – Lulu – Written by Neil Diamond!!1

8. Cafetria Food – Pissed Jeans – Is this record slow? About wishing somebody had cancer, apparently – Grade: A-

9.Away we Go – Cambria And Coheed – I wish they'd write more Thin Lizzy rips like this – Grade: A-

10. Losing You – Solange – I hope she plays this straight at Webster Hall next week – Grade: B+
