1. Kendrick Lamar – “Alright” – A- – Nah, not this one. I’d go with “Swimming Pools” before

2. Grimes – “Oblivion”  – B+

3. Robyn – “Dancing on My Own” – A – This would definitely be in my top ten, I might also add “Tell Your Girlfriend”

4. Beyonce – “Formation” – B

5. Frank Ocean – “Thinkin Bout You” – A

6. Azealia Banks – “212” – A – A game changing masterpiece birth of the stripper rapper.

7. Mitski – “Your Best American Girl” – B+

8. Solange – “Cranes in the Sky” – B+

9. Lana Del Rey – “Video Games”- A-

10. Lil Uzi Vert – “XO TOUR Llif3″ – A – One of the greatest uses of a sample ever

11. Bill Callahan – “Riding for the Feeling”

12. Sky Ferreira – “Everything Is Embarrassing” – B

13. Chief Keef – “I Don’t Like” (ft. Lil Reese) – B+

14. Angel Olsen – “Shut Up Kiss Me” – B+

15. Rihanna – “Work” (ft. Drake) – B+

16. The 1975 – “Love It If We Made It” – B+ – Blew me away in concert at Gov Ball earlier this year, a clever piece of agitprop.

17. Jamie xx – “Gosh” – B

18. Kanye West – “Runaway” (ft. Pusha T) – A+  – My number one of the decade

19. Vampire Weekend – “Hannah Hunt” – B+

20. M83 – “Midnight City” – B+
