Comment: Good for Cardi B -a great single about female sexualuity that makes it exciting, empowering and explosive. The two country songs (#6 and #10) are pretty indifferent. But here is Billboard explaining why the single with the most streams isn’t the top song: “That while the total of 69.8 million streams for “Laugh” is less than the 72.2 million for Cardi B’s “WAP,” the former ranks at No. 1 on Streaming Songs and the latter places at No. 2 due to the application of weighting of paid subscription, ad-supported and programmed streams, as factored into the Hot 100.” Yeah, they have no idea…
