Comment: The most important thing for pop music is popularity, without popularity it has failed at his primary purpose in life, and, of course, vice vera. So it is for Justin Bieber whose success on Justice (if you can get past the MLK interloping) , I gave Justice a Grad of “C” in my first review, “B-” as the grade at the top of the albums chart and, first time a male solo artist (only BTS and Taylor Swift have beat him to it overall) in having started at No. 1 on both the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 simultaneous. It improves the sound of the song and the album instantly.
