Comment: Streaming isn’t the strict comparison with past distribution numbers. Ask yourself this, how many times did you album an album and listen to it once and give up on it. If you do that on vinyl it constitutes a sale forever, but a stream is only that one stream. Anyway, Billie had an abysmal 60K EAUs, and The Killers terrible new album fooled just about no one with 26K EAUs. Also, Dan + Shay had three country # 1’s, and the Justin Bieber featured “10,000 House was at # 1 in the country charts for 21 weeks, and it still didn’t do very well. The bottom line remains: the charts number simply aren’t what they were for the vast majority of bands
