To my biggest surprise, one of Trump’s offsprings released a song a few years ago. Not Ivanka or one of her brothers, but Tiffany Trump, the daughter he produced with his second wife Marla Maples. Tiffany amy have a luxury first name but she has been the least visible of all Trump’s kids, she is also only 22.
‘Like a Bird’ is obviously a very forgettable song, it’s an eerie kind of tune with heavily auto tuned vocals, as she repeats a millions of times the title of the song while other guys (Sprite and Logic?) are responding with voices which seemed to be even more auto tuned than the rest,… there is also the obligatory attempt of rap in the middle of the song. It’s so overproduced I have no idea what she really sounds like, everyone would have sounded the same with this level of auto-tuned, and the song is mediocre at best. Although it was recorded in 2011, it was only uploaded on YouTube on Tuesday, probably because Tiffany gave her speech at the Republican National Convention. Among the most memorable lines, this part has retained the attention of many:
‘I still keep all of my report cards, some dating back to kindergarten because I like to look back and see the sweet notes he [Donald Trump] wrote on each and every of them. Contrary to what you might expect from someone who puts an emphasis on results, my dad’s comments referred often to the sentiments expressed by my teachers about how I acted in and out of the classroom, not even focused on the letter grades themselves.’
What Donald was not praising her grades? Was this a admittance that her grades were not that great? Doesn’t this seem a bit odd for someone who lives in a world where everyone is either terrific or a lose, for someone so focused on superlatives and excellence. This single seems to be another oddity to add to the Trumps’ resume and it’s still available on Amazon for $0.99 if you like…
