Business: Pandora: have bought “some assets” from RDIO, otherwise known as the first to die, on top of purchasing “Ticketfly” earlier this year. And they are still losing money, the price of stock has declined by 37% since mid-October. Talk about too little too late.
More Business: The female Viagra, the pink Addyi pill, is dying a death. Why? because if a woman isn’t in the mood she can fake it and if a man isn’t in the mood he can’t fake it.
Even more Business: Gawker media shuttering sites, cutting jobs. Screw em, I tried to get a meeting with them once through a friend, and the prick refused to meet with me.
Live: As long as we are screwing people, screw whoever the fuck was responsible for not telling people they hadn’t won tickets to Adele, or even just making a blanket statement. As of Monday you could still register. Why? I expect Joe’s Pub not to tell me I didn’t get tickets on Friday either.
Recorded: still working through Dylan, also very very impressed with the new Savages gig. A really good noise and I’m not even a fan, but this is a real stormer of a song.
Sports: So can one big guy (though thin guy) make a difference? Perhaps if his name is “POR” “ZING” “IS”… Meanwhile, can the rangers keep it going?
Charlie Sheen: It is one thing to be an irresponsible asshole with your own life, but to have unprotected se with people without telling them you are HIV Positive is potentially murder and Sheen should go to prison.
