The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus’ “On Becoming Willing” #1 Billboard Single for 3 Weeks and Counting
Long-running Florida-based alternative rock band The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus is riding high with their current smash hit single “On Becoming Willing,” which remains at #1 on the Billboard Christian Rock Charts for the third week. The track marks the band’s seventh number one song since leaving Virgin Records in 2010.
Lead vocalist Ronnie Winter-Defoe says, “We are going to stick around as long as God calls us; we are truly grateful to know that after doing this for so long people love the new music. It means so much to us.”
The single appears on RJA’s latest album “The Awakening” which was released in April and co-produced by Ronnie and his wife Angela Defoe via their production company A+R Productions. Ronnie’s brother and bandmate Randy Winter engineered the LP.

Fresh off a summer with RIVALS and a special appearance on the final Vans Warped Tour, the band will wrap up their The Awakening Tour with a hometown show on October 13 in Jacksonville, FL, to be followed by The Awakening World Tour which hits Australia in November.
