SEATTLE, WA (November 6, 2018) – Red Bull Music Presents: Toe Jam. On December 13th, Red Bull Music Presents a special iteration of Toe Jam, a night of music and performances that shine a light on the often-overlooked hotbed of hip hop in Tacoma and the surrounding metros of Seattle. Made in creative collaboration with Red Bull Music, the lineup features performances from Toe Jam favorite, Atlanta-based rapper Young Nudy, as well as several of Seattle and Tacoma’s rising stars like Lil Mosey, Ghoulavelli, Bujemane. As Toe Jam is a DJ centric event, the lineup will also feature an all-star selection of the area’s best hip-hop tastemakers and producers to keep the energy going between performances. Started in 2016 in Tacoma, WA as a DIY hip-hop party, Toe Jam is now the centerpiece of the next generation of the Seattle area hip-hop artists, producers, clothing designers and creatives.
Tacoma has long been Seattle’s gritty, industrious, younger sibling, and yet, the city’s youth have spawned a new identity for the city as a cultural hub for music and parties. Taking inspiration from its once-notorious punk/hardcore scene, Tacoma’s young creatives have built a new, burgeoning rap scene that highlights local talent, and has also become a destination for the future of Seattle hip-hop, as the city continues to gentrify out its creatives and DIY spaces. Set to take place at Seattle’s iconic venue The Showbox, Toe Jam harkens back to the youthful energy of Seattle’s past musical generations to highlight the future of rap in the Northwest.

About Lil Mosey
Born and raised in the Seattle area, Lil Mosey was a mere 9-years-old when he was introduced to rap. Now at 16, it’s his turn to carry the legacy of the Seattle rap scene to a new generation.
About Young Nudy
The cousin of 21 Savage, Young Nudy has cemented himself as one to watch in the crowded Atlanta hip hop landscape, and his latest hard-hitting tape SlimeBall 3 proves that he’s here to stay.
About Ghoulavelli
Erupting out of the Seattle music scene, Ghoulavelli has poised himself to be one of the most promising acts out of the Northwest and is one of the key acts that are helping change the soundscape.

One of Tacoma’s rising stars, Buje’s trademarked melodic style and cunning lyricism sees him float over Gary’s beats, and he continues to impress and improve with each new release.
About Basskidonthebeat
Multi-talented DJ/producer Basskid has produced for some of the biggest names in music including Lil B, Chief Keef and Soulja Boy, and he’s now running the local Northwest DJ circuits, with his raucous live shows.
About DJQJ
Born Quincy James, DJQJ is a producer/DJ from Tacoma, WA. Known for his energetic showmanship and cutting-edge song selection, he has shared the stage with Denzel Curry, MadeinTYO, Larry June and many more.
About DJ Marvelous
A 24-year-old DJ from Federal Way, DJ Marvelous grew up listening to hip-hop and r&b. After a couple years at WSU, he picked up the turntables and now plays events across Seattle and Tacoma.
