I just love this! It was Dylan’s masterpiece (to me at 18) I’m 63 and have never heard it done better than you. I am likely your most ancient fan. My son introduced me to a song you wrote called “Come pick Me Up” so many years ago and I am so glad he did. He almost didn’t because it had the “f-word in it” I assured him, I had heard the word before. So, there ya go Ryan Adams, if you or your cats ever need cheering up, just remember, you have 2 generations of fans in my family!
Agree, well said. I go back to 1963 when I first saw Dylan perform. This cover is brilliant. I’m Dylan’s most ancient fan,or pretty close.
Dylan is my all time favorite “song and dance man”… quote him evermore. “Blood on the Tracks” is my all time favorite break-up album. RA, a cd please. Old school, but so good.
