My Sincere Condolences: Taylor Swift And Calvin Harris Have Split Up

They said it would not last? I said it would not last, oh you know, because of previous stories which ended the same way, and because of Swift’s reputation of consuming boyfriends like kleenexes.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are calling it quit just after 15 months, as it has happened for many celebrity couples before. Page Six has spread the news and they are reporting that breakup rumors had already started at the Met Gala on May 2, when Swift was spotted dancing with Tom Hiddleston, then was seen with the actor at an Up&Down after-party.

Sure this could be a completely false rumor because a source declared that she and Harris were ‘definitely still together’, and Harris just doesn’t like to go ‘to a lot of events,’ but the news spread all over the blogosphere like a new Taylor Swift’s hit. As a matter of fact, this will be her next hit without any doubt.

But come on, they were the richest super powerful couple of the moment, they were young and beautiful, they were perfect together, so what happened? E! News has all the gossips:

‘Adam really liked Taylor, she was not the type of girl he ever dates and he liked that. He liked how innocent Taylor was and that she had a good caring heart. Taylor’s heart was more in it then he was. He started to lose interest over the past few months, but really tried to not just break up.’

‘They were just not very compatible in different areas in their relationship. The touring and traveling didn’t help. It seemed like they were more friends than lovers. Taylor and Adam had very different group of friends’

‘There were no other women involved with Adam. He did not cheat on her at all. Just not a good match.” Another source also reaffirms that “no one cheated. There was no drama.’

All this comes from ‘a source’, may be several sources, but no drama? Just wait for Taylor’s next album, this is gonna be big drama and poor Calvin (real name Adam) will take all the blame. Is this gonna be another ‘Loving him is like driving a new Maserati down a dead-end street’ or another ‘So go and tell your friends that I’m obsessive and crazy / That’s fine I’ll tell mine that you’re gay!]… I am sure she and her team has a few others in store.

‘She was in Nashville with her family and they have been helping her through the break up. Taylor was really disappointed in Calvin and felt like he wasn’t there for her. The relationship wasn’t progressing the way she wanted it to. She felt like he wasn’t taking it seriously enough and wouldn’t come through for her when she needed him most. She felt down and like her needs weren’t being met. She doesn’t want to get back together.’

Wasn’t there for her? I bet miss Swift is high maintenance, and has to be the center of attention, all the time, so he got tired and went back to his Las Vegas mansion with a bunch of models. Sad.

‘This all happened last week. Taylor and Adam had no big blowout fight, but the romance just was not there anymore for them. Adam is the one that ended it. It was all done in a very mature fashion. Taylor is pretty upset but they are still in communication. Taylor was there for Adam with his accident and supportive.’

All the fans are mourning, praying this is just a bad dream. but they are not going to wake up, and this is the end of their perfect world.
