This week’s West Coast concert picks are Damon Albarn at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Monday, and Björk at the Shrine Auditorium: she booked three nights, two are happening this week, and the last one is on February 1st: I am thrilled this hasn’t been canceled or postponed as many concerts have.
