After years as one of music’s top power couples, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale and No Doubt vocalist Gwen Stefani split last year. TMZ has revealed some key details of the divorce settlement.
According to TMZ, the couple did not have a prenup, which meant that Rossdale could have been entitled to an equal split, but he reportedly took less as they divvied up their assets from their 13 wedded years.
The report states that Stefani maintained the music rights to all things No Doubt related, while Rossdale held onto his money accrued from Bush. Stefani also maintained 100 percent control over her L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers fashion lines, though 25 percent of her profits from L.A.M.B. is going to a trust, likely for the couple’s kids.
TMZ also reports that Stefani gave up her rights to any profits from their property in Europe, where they owned four homes, while she does have control over two of their Los Angeles estates and will receive 50 percent of the profits from the sale of their Beverly Hills home.
Neither Rossdale or Stefani will pay child or spousal support, but they did create an expense account for their children which they both paid $1 million to fund. They will also share joint physical and legal custody of their children.

I used love her..then she started acting desperate and this whole relationship with Blake is bullcrap. The Voice doesn’t even focus on the contestants any more…I wish she would just go to marriage counseling with her husband (Blake as well w Miranda) and work things out…the way she is acting is sad and her music sucks now…it doesn’t matter how many songs you have written now Gwen. Go raise your kids and be thankful for the career you had…leave in style. Your annoying all of us and milking it for your vanity and I would like to remember you in the 90?s when you were actually cool and had own style instead of trying to alter your face every year to try and look like Marilyn Monroe…it’s getting scary and it looks plastic
