For July 4th, rocknyc owner SohoJohnny Pasquale’s Portal To Happiness

With banners bellowing and an incorruptible soul, SohoJohnny is a portal to happiness. While it’s not always sunshine that spreads the seed, darkness makes the hearts case fragile, pain breaks it open, but hope inspires us as life unfolds. SohoJohnny is like a revolving door that lets the entire world pass through it.

As a producer, philanthropist, entertainer, and businessman, SohoJohnny makes things happen which tend to light up the world and make even the plainest faces come alive with promise. In the name of benevolence, his creation of the “Let Me Help, Inc” foundation is making the planet a better place to thrive through music, dance and laughter……

How has your career evolved since its beginning?

I’ve been fortunate enough to have had and still have a thriving career in Real Estate by way of Pep Real Estate located in New York…however since I was a young boy my love for music, the arts and the world of entertainment has always been a burning and mesmerizing passion, as has been my desire to give back to those who haven’t been as lucky as I have. I decided to combine my love for music and the arts together with what I feel my destiny is, helping others, and have come up with a foundation called “Let Me Help, Inc.” Through that foundation I have created events designed to raise money for charitable causes, while at the same time dipping my feet into the waters of the music, acting and hosting industries. From producing and creating music events in the name of charity, I have since stepped into the world of acting in films (SCULLY) and radio shows (Dead Exit). I will also be pooling my love for music together recording my debut single. As a producer and promoter, I have met and been enticed by the biggest music influences in the world including Scott Page from Pink Floyd, Leland Sklar from Toto, Kenny Aronoff from Smashing Pumpkins, Stephen Perkins from Jane’s Addiction, Rick Wakeman from Yes, and a limitless amount of others. Each day I am learning more about the business and enhancing my destiny which I believe implies something preordained suggesting a great and noble cause.

What have you learned from those who have influenced you?

Every day that goes by I am still learning.  have learned more about the music industry in a year than most people learn in a lifetime, including how to launch my record labels, Tribeca Records and SohoJohnny Records. Through television host Mickey Burns I have upped my game in the art of celebrity hosting. Via my friend Monty Rock III, who I have been greatly touched by, I’ve learned the value of admiration. I’ve learned that even going through the darkest of times there is always a dawn. I have also learned through my team that one everyone needs a trusted team to be successful and also I have learned to forge through and give the world something worthy of its citizens.

What do you hope your influences will do to help your followers?

At times I am delirious with hope and love for mankind and a crushing dedication to make the world a better place. It’s my hope that I can teach the world to embrace each ordinary day. Let forgiveness speak and let it be heard. The world is no bigger than its inhabitants, and in my case sometimes new beginnings happen not all at once but at last. There is no map for the road ahead. We are all traveling through each other’s countries but if we join forces we can accomplish a lot.

What is your favorite music?

That’s an easy question. While I have an appreciation for all types of music my ultimate favorite classic rock and disco. They bring joy and dance to the world.

Are you currently involved in future projects?

I’m always involved in future projects. To begin with Tribeca Records is about to release an anthemic “after the pandemic” song by composer, songwriter and producer Randy Edelman called “Comin’ Out the Other Side.” Randy is responsible for writing the film scores for hundreds of movies including “My Cousin Vinny”, “Ghost a Busters 2”, “27 Dresses”, “XXX”, and “Last of the Mohicans” just to name a few. I am also about to record my debut song which I touched on before. Also, on August 21st I will be hosting a concert in Montauk starring “The Marshall Tucker Band” which I have sponsored. I am also about to embark in creating a unique talk show concept featuring the greatest artists of our times. On September 11, I will also be teaming up with a fashion week dance party and my own event sometime in October….stay tuned!
