D33J SHARES NEW SINGLE/VIDEO

HEAR “NOTHING LEFT” FT. DEB NEVER & SHLOHMO, OUT NOW ON WEDIDIT

WATCH: “Nothing Left” ft. Deb Never & Shlohmo

Today, Los Angeles-producer D33J is sharing a new single and video. “Nothing Left” is an ominous self-produced track that finds the WEDIDIT co-founder stepping out from behind the boards to handle vocal duties alongside WEDIDIT’s newest-signee Deb Never, with co-production from co-founder Shlohmo. The single’s arrival feels apt, landing during the label’s 10 year anniversary, which they celebrated with parties in New York and LA featuring guests like Lil B and Jeremih, and just as the rest of the rap zeitgeist catches up to the strain of narcotic production that the label has perfected over the last decade.
Speaking on the track, D33J says, “Summer’s over. This is a new song by myself, Shlohmo and new WEDIDIT artist Deb Never. It came naturally like all the others, and is the first collaboration between myself and Deb. Over the last years I’ve learned to let go, found my voice, and feel 3.0. More on the way. :)”
The track’s accompanying visual was directed by Eliel Ford and tells the grim story of the song’s lyrics, following a number of characters throughout Los Angeles while D33J and Deb Never remain ever-present. The new single builds on the success of his 2017 debut album Death Valley Oasis and is the first glimpse of what’s to come from D33J this Fall.
Watch “Nothing Left” ft. Deb Never and Shlohmo and stay tuned for more from D33J coming soon.
