Brushes With Greatness: SohoJohnny Meets Senior Goodwill Ambassador For Operation Warrior Shield Errol Rappaport

Errol Rappaport And SohoJohnny

Errol Rappaport is the Goodwill Ambassador for Operation Warrior Shield, which (according to its website here): “(Operation provides comprehensive support programs for service members, veterans, first responders and their families that are focused on transition, health and wellness, employment, prevention of homelessness, peer engagement, and connections to community resources. The emphasis is to help heal their hidden wounds through:

Helping veterans find jobs
Eliminating veteran homelessness
Teaching Transcendental Meditation
“Community Based Holistic Wellness” program
Companion Dog Assistance

SohoJohnny’s “Let Me Help” charity has been a supporter of “Operation Warrior Shield” and always includes the charity in his charity functions. Saturday night at Chelsea Table And Chair there was a party for Randy Edelman’s new Tribeca Records single and Soho met with Errol in a world of concern for the USA’s armed forces, too often forgotten once they’ve outlived their use.

The big smiles here are proof of the joy in giving back.

It is a great honor and pleasure to meet and collaborate with SohoJohnny. I met SohoJohnny through the amazing producer of, Chuck Armstrong. Chuck was gracious enough to do a shout out about our Canine Companion program for Veterans and first reponders, though our partnership with the Doris Day Animal Foundation. As soon as I met SohoJohnny, he impressed me with his integrity, hard work and passion for life and success. He is surrounded by great talented people. John Velasco and he share so many amazingly talented artists on Tribeca Records.

We both share a passion for giving back by helping others.

    Stay tuned…
