Boy George: ‘I’ve Slept With Prince’

Boy and Prince

Haaaa the words that can slip out of popstars’ mouths sometimes! And the words that these same popstars can retract as soon as they are pronounced, and the field day that tabloids can have in the meantime, forever speculating about the words. Isn’t it fun?

According to the Mirror and the Daily Mail, Boy George, a judge in the new Voice, made a shocking comment during a recent recording of the show, as he was discussing past collaborations with Paloma Faith, another judge in the show. When the subject of Prince came up, Paloma said she had performed with the Purple one to what Boy George replied: ‘Forget that, darling, I’ve slept with Prince.’

The crowd expectedly went totally wild and the crew even paused filming for a few minutes…

Judge Will.i.am started high-fiving Boy George, the production staff came on stage to speak to them and of course Boy George retracted almost immediately, saying that he hadn’t really slept with Prince and that in reality, he just had his poster on his bedroom wall… not exactly the same thing, but you have to admit that the story is very credible, the two most androgynous stars of the 80’s have slept together, isn’t it logical?… But why do we care? Apparently, the entire world cares, if you Google ‘Boy George + Prince’, I am pretty sure you can find an article about the story in every single language that exists.

Prince has not commented on the subject yet, he is very busy with his new PRINCETAGRAM, a weird move from his majesty, since he has always hated the internet and had even declared in the past that this new craze would not last for very long… So who knows what happened, Prince is a Jehovah’s Witness, strongly opposed to homosexuality, but he is also mysterious, unpredictable and full of surprises, contrarily to Boy George.
