Adele Is Beyonce’s Number One Fan

Adele and Bey

Adele cannot stop praising… Beyonce. During one of her shows on her ’25’ tour, she had quite a tirade about the Lemonade singer, between two songs

‘How is it even possible that she only ever gets better? How is that possible’…’Beyoncé is Jesus fucking Christ’…’Beyoncé is the sickest artist around in the whole entire world. It’s unbelievable.’… ‘I’ve been listening to her for 17 years and she’s still making music that blows my mind’

She even posted a picture of herself holding a giant Beyonce poster with the caption ‘I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless. Beyonce is the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X’.

Calm down Adele, it’s starting to look weird! You can appreciate a good singer, a great performer, but Jesus Fucking Christ Beyonce ain’t! I wonder whether Adele is aware of Beyonce’s own made documentary ‘Beyoncé: Life Is But a Dream’. Beyonce produced, co-directed, co-wrote and even partially filmed the movie and I am not sure if these 90 minutes of self praised, self admiration, and narcissism is completely Jesus Christ material. But Adele wasn’t probably thinking about this aspect of Beyonce, she may have thought about how powerful Beyonce is? A goddess may be, but leave Jesus out of the conversation: Beyonce is the opposite of humble, she is the opposite of generous and a sort of hypocrite… Remember when she faked doing her Christmas shopping at Walmart, America’s made-in-China dump place. She bought her own CD and gave $50 gift cards to people shopping there… Yes she works hard for her image and her yearly hundreds of millions, something so un-Christ when you think about it. Plus, there is something special in Beyonce, probably an endless love for ambition and power that make her very driven. After all this is a woman who once said: ‘I’m over being a pop star. I don’t wanna be a hot girl. I wanna be iconic. And I feel like I’ve accomplished a lot. I feel like I’m highly respected, which is more important than any award or any amount of records. And I feel like there comes a point when being a pop star is not enough.’

Her music is an amalgam of other musicians’ work, as for the lyrics of her songs, they seem to be Tumblr/Instagram-caption-ready, where most of the people find their inspiration these days. Beyonce is like one of these generic inspirational quotes, they look good on surface but don’t have a lot of depth, and they are so vague they could apply to any situations, hence her great popularity. As for Adele, she is obviously looking for a Tidal placement.
