Alunageorge Meets A Snake

Alunageorge Meets A Snake

Eggshells – Aqualung – Say what you will about this guy now in his second decade, he doesn’t change much from this melodic mood sound. That’s the excellent Lianne LA Havas taking one of the verses – B+

Honky Donk Feat RebMoe – Coucheron – Norwegian DJ and this is catchy as all get out, it kinda lodges itself in your brain so you mutter the bizarre lyric in your sleep – B+

You Know You Like It – DJ Snake And Alunageorge – This is a fabulous song and completely different to Snake’s Lil Jon hit… this is what EDM should do, not the stuff we are getting force fed  though it is more of a remix than a follow up- A-

Motherfucker – Faith No More -Great hook, this is terrific I swear – B+

Karma (Hardline) – Jamie N Commons – Terrific English classic rock blues guy playing a Native American tribal beat like Bob Wow Wow meets Robert Johnson, maybe I’m in a good mood today… – B+

No. 99 – Joey Bada$$ – Always liked this guy, this is a great rap though the hook cold be better Is scracthing making a comeback? – B

Honest – Kodaline – The second law of thermodynamics in action – C-

You’re On – Madeon – French DJ, meh – C

Feet On The Ground – Nicky romero – It isn’t Nicky’s fault I’ve had enough of EDM for the day – C+

Chess – Petit Noir – Soul guy, not bad – B

push pull – Purity Ring – Hey maybe they aren’t the most overrated band on earth – B

Turn Me Up – Twin Shadow – I never thought “5 Seconds” was a fluke and here is the proof, lovely soulful croon – B+
