“The Museum of Modern Art’s Party in the Garden, a benefit event on June 1, will honor collection artists Huma Bhabha, Mark Bradford, and Brice Marden, along with philanthropists Amanda and Glenn Fuhrman and Sally and Wynn Kramarsky. In recognition of their prolonged commitment to culture, the arts, and MoMA, this year’s honorees are being celebrated for their artistry and philanthropy. Co-chairs of the event are Agnes Gund, Jo Carole and Ronald S. Lauder, Catie and Donald Marron, and Amy and John Phelan. Honorary co-chairs are Leon D. Black, Marie-Josée Kravis and Jerry I. Speyer…
…Party in the Garden benefits MoMA’s Annual Fund and the maintenance of The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. The event also supports the Museum’s general operating fund, helping to make possible the Museum’s education programs and the care, study, and exhibition of its collection.”

MoMA’s annual ‘Party in the Garden’ fundraiser returns on June 1, and this year the performer for the gala afterparty is Swedish pop artist Robyn, with a DJ set by Matthew Dear to follow. Tickets for just the afterparty are $225 (VIP is $525). To reserve a table to attend the dinner as well ranges from $25,000 to $100,000.

Just two days after the Party in the Garden, Robyn will play Governors Ball in NYC, plus appearances at Boston Calling and Toronto’s Field Trip festival.
