‘Zoey is showing off his rapid fire flow…’ – Hot New Hip Hop
(September 28, 2018 – Los Angeles, CA) – Today, Freebandz/Epic Records hip-hop artist Zoey Dollaz releases his brand-new EP, Who Don’t Like Dollaz 2. The 5-track project is available for streaming and purchase at all DSPs. Get it HERE.
A nod to his respected 2015 mixtape Who Don’t Like Dollaz, the rising star feathers an impressive nest of collaborators on the offering (see complete tracklisting below). It showcases banging tracks such as “Slime (featuring Smokepurpp and Lil Yachty)” produced by Rick Remedy, and the infectious “Moonwalk (featuring Moneybagg Yo)” already boosted by its buzzed about video (watch it HERE). That track is produced by the hot-handed Ronny J, the acclaimed Miami-by-way-of Camden, NJ producer who has worked with XXXTentacion and Lil Pump, among others. The bass-thumping “Slime” stands out for the trio’s expertly threaded wordplay, heightened by hypnotic beats and trippy chorus riffed to repetitious delight on the innovative track. Among other tracks on the new release are “Circle Small (featuring YBN Nahmir and John Blu)” and produced by Blu Beats, and “Wish I (featuring Tory Lanez)” produced by Z3N. The versatile Zoey, known for his ability to fuse spitfire bars and melodic turns of phrase via his arsenal of hip hop hooks, has never been in more command of his game as he is on Who Don’t Like Dollaz 2.
