$80 and $40 food minimum to catch Peter Asher at Feinsteins this weekend. Is it worth it?

Yeah, if this is what does it for you, like if you love music, this is a rare opportunity to see a legendary singer and producer discuss his career and play songs he has becone famous for.

Along with the late Gordon Waller, Peter was half of the very succesful English folk duo, he garnered a monster hit with Peter's sisters boyfriends "A World Without Love".

Asher got sick of live performing and become obsessed with studio wizardy, in Los Angeles where he recorded all of taylor's early albums, and everything up to and including Living In the USA for Linda Ronstadt.  He is still working today and produced the Taylor and Carole King Live At the Troubador.

All of this is very well worth hearing about and I will be going on Friday night to hear about it. He might even mention his relationship with Mackenzie Phillips!
