1. Great Life – The Nashville native sees mustard gas, virtual death and global warming when the sun is out. I guess great doesn't mean happy.

2. The Edge of Glory – Lady Gaga – The most orfinary Gaga song since her deep Fame cuts, continues her resurrection begun with the J Lo track.

3. Cross Road Blues – Robert Johnson – Without this song? Eric Clapton would be a retired schoolteacher.

4. Rubber Ducky – Innocent A Capella – Excellent all vocal of the kids classic.

5. Get up! (feat Skrilex) – Korn – The metal giants at full power.

6. Crazy rhythms – The Feelies – Not that the Nellie McKay song isn't good as well. Or Doris Day for that matter

7. Grown Ocean – Fleet Foxes

8. Submarine – The Drums – Best song Morrissey never wrote.

9. Master Of Art – Laura Stevenson And the Cans – Thisclose to checking em out on Friday.

10. If You Wanna – The Vaccines
